Step 2 – GET ALONG
Dealing with anger, conflict, personal leadership, and improved relations.
 
Step 3 – GET AHEAD
Youth career development, employment, and entrepreneurship

Our Programs are designed to educate, expose, empower, equip, and employ youth in Pittsburgh, USA and Kenya

3Steps2Work

WDGA’s mission, delivered through workforce development as an inspiration to our youth, promotes economic self-sufficiency through peace and employability of opportunity youth. Our 3Steps2Work program consists of 3 parts : (GET FAMILY) – STEP 1 Stronger family connection and involvement. (GET ALONG) – STEP 2 equips youth with problem-solving skills to resolve conflict while building better leadership skills and improved relationships. (GET AHEAD) – STEP 3 provides career development, employment, and entrepreneurship.

Boyz2Mentoring

Our Boys 2 mentoring Program encourages and equips area youth to build healthy relationships, develop passions, contribute to community, and to invest in personal growth.

ePal Shared Struggles - Shared Solutions

The ePal Program is part of WDGA’s strategic plan designed to facilitate higher levels of global awareness by connecting urban youth in Homestead, PA to youth in Kenya, Africa who share common struggles and common career goals via a cyber-solution eLearning platform.

Our Community​

The Workforce Development Global Alliance (WDGA) prepares the youth – tomorrow’s workforce – for economic independence through employment opportunities. Local and international partnerships provide a platform for education, exposure, empowerment, experience, and employment. Programs involve connecting youths with our operating ethics of Teamwork, Integrity, and Excellence! These attributes lead to higher educational standards, improved performance, and upgraded quality of life.

As our presence grow wider and our influence grow stronger, we are eager to expand and serve youths outside of our existing communities in US and Kenya.
