Founded in 2006 by Niecy Dennis White, Workforce Development Global Alliance (WDGA) is a global, innovative 501(c)3 and international NGO. For over two decades, WDGA has globally fostered cross-generational resilience and equitable economic mobility, empowering opportunity youth and their families to achieve holistic stability and sustainable career success through transformative workforce development and community restoration.

At Workforce Development Global Alliance, we empower youth ages (14 - 25) to get along and to get ahead, while also equipping the family household for success.
